  2. LIBRA is a shareware program that provides a useful, easy interface to
  3. Microsoft's LIB program for managing object libraries.  This is a
  4. programmer productivity tool.  It shows all the modules in a library, the
  5. EXTERNAL and PUBLIC symbols referenced by each module, and the module size.
  6. In addition to the normal LIB operations of ADD, DELETE, EXTRACT, and
  7. REPLACE modules, you can perform a search for modules that reference
  8. particular symbols.  All this is done with an easy to use, windowed user
  9. interface.

  11. Registration fee is $20.00, and entitles you to 1 year tech support, and
  12. reduced prices on updates.

  14. To print the manual, simply type 'PRINT LIBRA.MAN' at the DOS prompt.
